The future is Asian – and young

With over 1.1 billion people aged 15 to 29, the continent accounts for 60 per cent of the world’s youth

    THE future is Asian, and it’s powered by youth.

    That’s the key takeaway from the recent Business China Youth Forum 2024.

    Asia is home to emerging global economic powerhouses. By 2030, Asean is projected to become the fourth largest economy, while China is on the cusp of becoming the world’s largest. Beyond this remarkable growth potential, there’s another critical factor shaping the future: our youth.
