G-20 agenda led by migration crisis, global tax transparency

The collective importance of the agenda makes the Turkey summit potentially one of the most important G-20 meetings since the forum was upgraded in 2008.

Perhaps the most pressing agenda item is the migration crisis, for which Turkey occupies centre stage, having already taken in some two million refugees.

WORLD leaders are convening on Nov 15-16 for the G-20 summit in Antalya, Turkey. The meeting, whose agenda ranges from the migration crisis in the Middle East and Europe, to plans for a new global tax transparency regime, could become one of the most important G-20 summits since the April 2009...
