Quad dialogue group gives India chance to grow military ties

But the group needs to sort out some issues, including how to handle China.

India's Act East policy has so far had an economic and cultural thrust, but the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue (with the US, Japan and Australia) will give the Indian armed forces (the Navy at left) a chance to develop closer military ties with the regional grouping.
