Redesigning for an inclusive workplace
THE past few years have seen commendable progress to improve diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The 2019 annual report by the MSCI All-Country World Index (ACWI) revealed that women account for 18.4 per cent of board members in the 26 Singapore-listed constituents of the MSCI ACWI, a strong increase from 13.7 per cent in 2018.
