Keppel DC Reit gets new Sydney data centre

KEPPEL DC Reit (Real estate investment trust) will get a new data centre at Macquarie Business Park in Sydney, Australia.

The development will be undertaken by Macquarie Telecom, which will also assume the master lessee of the centre upon completion.

Keppel DC Reit will pay Macquarie Telecom between A$26 million (S$26.26 million) and A$36 million on completion of the centre. The new centre will be named Intel…
