Singapore malls roll out experiential attractions to draw customers

Edmund Tie paper says malls are adding communal spaces, pop-up retail and non-retail components

The Edmund Tie report says that Jewel Changi Airport's iconic rain vortex attracts huge crowds seeking "instagrammable moments", while its canopy park and hedge maze are attractions designed to encourage consumers to return to the mall.
