Solar panel maker in S$585m sale, leaseback deal

It will be business as usual for Singapore unit of Norway-headquartered REC at its Tuas South plant after proposed deal with Australia-based Logos Property

REC, formerly known as Renewable Energy Corporation, opened the integrated solar panel manufacturing facility in Tuas South in 2010.
