THANKS to the Food Innovation & Resource Centre (FIRC) at Singapore Polytechnic (SP), Irvins Salted Egg and You Tiao Man have been able to innovate and extend the shelf life of their products.
At an upcoming event, food and beverage (F&B) business owners will be able to see how these brands managed to overcome challenges while creating new opportunities.
The event, organised by The Business Times in collaboration with The Future Economy Council, takes place on Oct 1. It aims to showcase ways which FIRC can help F&B-related SMEs in their quest for better products, more efficient processes and products acceptance to grow their business.
