However, if you happen to chance upon one that has been retrofitted and has a custom-made wrap of the Singapore skyline pasted on both its sides, you may have just caught the Coffee Bandits in action. Operating on a different model from most food trucks that cater only for events, Coffee Bandits - a food truck that first started its engine in August 2014 - is the only one that sells speciality coffee at regular places on fixed days of the week. Its coffee is a blend from different regions, such as Brazil, Mexico, parts of Africa and sometimes Guatemala.
