Europe: Stock markets fall at open

[LONDON] Europe's main stock markets dropped at the open on Wednesday, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 falling 0.2 per cent to 7,416.56 points.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 shed 0.7 per cent to 12,586.06 points and the CAC 40 in Paris lost 0.4 per cent to 5,235.83 points compared with the close on Tuesday.
