Europe: Stock markets steady at open

[LONDON] Europe's main stock markets were steady at the start of trading on Tuesday, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index up fractionally to 6,811.42 points.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 dipped a couple of points to 10,750.19 and the Paris CAC 40 gained 0.1 per cent to 4,722.16 points.
