Hong Kong: Stocks flat at open
[HONG KONG] Hong Kong shares opened flat Friday as profit-taking offset strong buying from mainland investors that has helped the market post four straight gains.
The Hang Seng Index inched up 7.90 points to 25,133.45.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index slipped 0.24 per cent, or 7.39 points, to 3,054.11 while the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, shed 0.21 per cent, or 3.82 points, to 1,815.33.
