Hong Kong: Stocks open 0.14% higher

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks rose 0.14 per cent in the opening exchanges Tuesday after suffering a heavy sell-off in the previous session.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index climbed 32.66 points to 23,400.11 in the first minutes of trade.
