Hong Kong: Stocks sink more than one per cent
[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks fell more than one per cent on Monday after reports said Donald Trump is planning to impose tariffs on another $200 billion of Chinese imports.
The Hang Seng Index retreated 1.30 per cent, or 353.56 points to 26,932.85.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index fell 1.11 per cent, or 29.85 points, to 2,651.79 and the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, dived 1.54 per cent, or 21.53 points, to 1,380.98.
