Malaysia: Shares close flat on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices closed flat on Monday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up just 0.67 point to 1,683.73.

Volume was 1.8 billion lots worth RM1.4 billion.

Losers beat gainers 588 to 223.
