Malaysia: Shares close higher on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Thursday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 4.32 points to 1,500.80.

Volume was 5.898 billion lots worth RM4.559 billion.

Losers outnumbered gainers 578 to 451.
