Malaysia: Shares close lower on Monday

[KUALA LUMPUR] Malaysia share prices closed lower on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 11.95 points to 1,696.14.

Volume was 1.633 billion lots worth RM1.321 billion.

Losers outnumbered gainers 452 to 294.
