Malaysia: Shares end higher

MALAYSIAN shares ended higher on Friday, with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index gaining 9.28 points to close at 1,624.18.
Some 1.12 billion lots, valued at RM1.42 billion, were traded. Gainers numbered 357 while losers numbered 331.
