Malaysia: Shares end higher

Malaysian shares closed higher on Wednesday, with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index gaining 20.25 points to 1,663.51.
Some 1.63 billion lots, valued at RM1.63 billion, were traded. Gainers outnumbered losers 551 to 331.
