Malaysia: Shares open higher on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 3.43 points to 1,687.64 at 9am.
Volume was 73.91 million lots worth RM19.03 million.
Gainers beat losers 116 to 34.
