Malaysia: Shares open higher on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 1.77 points to 1831.03.
Volume was 51.5 million lots worth RM14.18 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 99 to 49.
