Malaysia: Shares open higher on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 3.73 points to 1,724.41 as at 9.26am.
Volume was 277.8 million lots worth RM132.8 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 266 to 153.
