Malaysia: Shares open lower on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 1.31 points to 1,737.64.
Volume was 71.2 million lots worth RM18.4 million.
Gainers and losers were equal at 82.
