Malaysia: Shares open lower on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 1.79 points to 1833.49.
Volume was 54.6 million lots worth RM20.2 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 101 to 55.
