Malaysia: Shares open lower on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 5.09 points to 1680.27.

Volume was 55 million lots worth RM23.5 million.

Losers outnumbered gainers 229 to 47.
