Malaysia: Shares open lower on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 4.49 points to 1,599.07 at 9am.
Volume was 94.01 million lots worth RM21.81 million.
Gainers beat losers 109 to 48.
