Malaysia: Shares open sharply lower on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 68.33 points or 5.34 per cent to 1,212.30 at 9.03am.
Volume was 124.13 million lots worth RM44.05 million. Losers beat gainers 496 to 15.
