Malaysia: Shares open slightly higher on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices opened slightly higher on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 1.280 points to 1651.650.
Volume was 32.6 million lots worth RM16.7 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 83 to 53.
