Malaysia: Stocks end the day lower

Malaysian shares closed lower on Tuesday with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index slipping 7.78 points to 1,767.17.
Some 2.91 billion lots, valued at RM2.8 billion were traded. Losers outnumbered gainers 636 to 292.
