Singapore shares close six points higher

SHARES at the Singapore bourse ended the last trading day of May higher, with the key Straits Times Index up 6.03 points at 3,210.82.
Turnover came in at 2.2 billion worth S$2 billion, with 227 counters up and 219 down.
