Sacrificing sleep for the sheer thrill
And the best is yet to come in this already exciting World Cup
WHEREVER I've gone these last 10 days, many people have asked me the same question: "Just how do you do it?"
"It" being staying up each night to catch most of the World Cup football matches - which kick off at the rather unforgiving times of midnight, 3am and 6am, Singapore time - and still being able to put in a full shift of work the next day.
My response is simple: have a power nap instead of a power lunch; invest in a good gourmet coffee-maker; and, above all, love The Beautiful Game enough.
