COE premiums mostly higher in latest round of bidding
CERTIFICATE of entitlement (COE) premiums largely increased in the latest round of bidding on Wednesday.
Cars up to 1,600 cc and 130 bhp was the only category to buck the trend where the COE fell to S$65,001, down from S$66,010 in the earlier round of bidding in January.
Meanwhile, in the category of cars above 1,600 cc or 130 bhp, the COE rose to S$76,889 from S$75,289.
For goods vehicles and buses, the COE increased marginally to S$55,012 from S$55,011 previously.
The premium for motorcycles edged up from S$4,403 to S$4,889, while that of the open category increased from S$75,200 to S$76,790.
