HNWI big on integrated digital platform

Almost 83% clients in Asia Pacific say they may leave their banks for lack of integrated channel experience: survey

DIGITAL CONTACT, GROWING WEALTH: Asia Pacific is the only region where HNWIs believe having digital contact with their wealth managers is more important than direct contact. The number of HNWIs in the region also rose 17 per cent to 4.3 million, and their wealth grew 18 per cent to US$14.2 trillion in 2013. In contrast, the growth rates in the rest of the world were 13 and 12 per cent respectively.


THE lack of an integrated digital platform among wealth managers is likely to cause Asia-Pacific clients to switch banks in the near future, a wealth survey has found.
