First CEO of SGX joins Nasdaq board

THOMAS Kloet, former chief executive officer of Singapore Exchange (SGX) and TMX Group, was elected to Nasdaq's board of directors as a non-executive director, Nasdaq announced on Wednesday.
Mr Kloet was CEO of TMX from 2008 until his retirement in October 2014. From 2000 to 2002, Mr Kloet served as the first CEO of SGX.
