SINGAPORE banks may have put the proverbial cart before the horse when it comes to mobile banking.
The lenders have been offering some innovative services for mobile banking, but seem to have fallen short on basic services such as fraud reporting through the banks' mobile application. They also score poorly on cross-selling through apps.
