LMIR Trust sets up S$1b Euro notes programme
LIPPO Malls Indonesia Retail Trust (LMIR Trust) has established a S$1 billion Euro medium-term securities programme through LMIRT Capital and trustee HSBC Institutional Trust Services.
Under the programme, LMIRT Capital and HSBC may issue the medium-term notes from time to time - the notes issued by LMIRT Capital will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by the trustee, which in turn may from time to time issue perpetual securities.
BNP Paribas and Standard Chartered Bank have been appointed to act as the arrangers and dealers of the programme
