Morgan Stanley's CFO Ruth Porat to leave firm to be Google CFO
[NEW YORK] Morgan Stanley said Chief Financial Officer Ruth Porat is leaving the firm and will be succeeded by Jonathan Pruzan, the firm's co-head of global financial institutions banking.
Ms Porat, 57, will leave in April, according to a memo from New York-based Morgan Stanley. Google Inc said in a separate statement on Tuesday that she's joining as CFO on May 26.
