Prudential introduces new pricing approach to control excessive claims
Singapore
IN a bid to address excessive claims and spending, British insurer Prudential is introducing a new pricing approach for customers, whose premiums are determined by age and the amount of claims in private hospitals.
From May 1, the company is offering clients a 10 per cent savings on their standard level premiums when they renew their policy if they don't claim in the last three years under the PRUshield Extra A Premier plan.
