SMEs see lack of regional banking facilities: survey
Banks with extensive product suites may not expect smaller SMEs to regionalise and see no point in making the full suite of services known to them

Banks need to work harder to dispel the perception held by small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) that their banks lack regional financing capabilities.
"It is true that some of these solutions in certain banks are only available to the larger companies. So to the smaller SMEs, the product suite is much simplified," said Vanessa Leung, head of commercial banking, Standard Chartered Bank Singapore.
