StanChart's regional CEO for Asean and South Asia resigns
Ajay Kanwal says some of his internal disclosures about his own investments fell short of the bank's standards

STANDARD Chartered has lost its regional chief executive officer for Asean and South Asia, Ajay Kanwal, who has resigned over standards of disclosures to do with "personal investments" that he no longer owns.
Mr Kanwal, who was appointed to the newly created role in October 2015, resigned with immediate effect, StanChart said in a statement on Monday.
