TAN Chong Koay, a veteran fund manager who regained his fund management licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in 2015, is back in town with a new fund.

The long-only Cayman Islands-incorporated Pheim Asean All-Cap Equity Fund is open to accredited investors only, and will cost one per cent a year in management fees with a performance fee of 10 per cent above a high watermark.
