A-HTrust hit by call-off of takeover talks

ASCENDAS Hospitality Trust (A-HTrust) shares plunged 14 per cent five minutes into trading on Wednesday, after the hotel owner said it has rejected several potential takeover bids.
The stock ended off its day's low but was still eight cents or 10.5 per cent down at S$0.685 amid sell-offs by disappointed investors.
