A-Reit Q3 DPU down 2.2% at 3.54 cents

Total amount for distribution up 4.9%, but payout spread over bigger pool of units

DESPITE total amount available for distribution rising 4.9 per cent from $81.1 million to $85.1 million for the third quarter ended December, Ascendas real estate investment trust (A-Reit) posted a distribution per unit of 3.54 cents in Q3, a dip of 2.2 per cent from 3.62 cents a year ago.
