AA Reit posts flat DPU growth in Q1

AIMS AMP Capital Industrial Reit (AA Reit) on Tuesday posted a flat growth in its distribution per unit (DPU) for the fiscal first quarter.
DPU for the three months ended June 30, 2016, stood at 2.75 Singapore cents, unchanged from a year ago.
Its net property income inched up one per cent from a year ago to S$20.4 million, while its unit base expanded slightly.
The group's portfolio occupancy stood at 92.7 per cent as at end-June 2016.
AA Reit's portfolio consists of 26 industrial properties, 25 of which are in Singapore. These include properties in Tuas.
