Active trading in UEL expected today

SHARES of water treatment firm United Envirotech Ltd (UEL) should see active trading today following the announcement yesterday that the company has received a pre-conditional voluntary offer for its shares from Citic Environment Protection Co and KKR China Water Investment Holdings.
UEL's shares have been rising in the few weeks before trading was halted for the offer announcement to be made. The stock last traded at S$1.515. Trading resumes…
