AIMS AMP's DPU jumps 10% to 2.75 cents
AIMS AMP Capital Industrial Reit saw a 29.2 per cent year-on-year jump in distribution to $14.5 million for its second quarter, aided by a new source of rental contribution - the first two phases of 20 Gul Way - and higher rental rates and recoveries from its property at 27 Penjuru Lane.
The distribution was 99.2 per cent of the taxable income available for distribution.
A distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.75 cents was declared for the quarter ended Sept 30, 2013. This is a 10 per cent rise from last year, where DPU was 2.5 cents.
