SINGAPORE-LISTED steel trading company Albedo, which is in the midst of acquiring Taiwanese medical aesthetic group China iMyth Company, plans to hire experienced personnel to strengthen the management expertise in its new business as and when necessary.
While recognising that its proposed new business is "substantially different" from the one it has been involved in, it believes that expertise for the new business can be acquired and developed by the group over time as it grows, Albedo wrote in a circular to shareholders on Thursday.
