AMOBEE'S recent big-ticket buys, Adconion Direct and Kontera, will help the ad firm reach into more crannies of the digital space, its CEO Mark Strecker said on Tuesday.

While Amobee used to be a pure-play mobile ad company, the new acquisitions - carried out for more than US$350 million in June - will help the firm to cover greater swathes of the Internet.

Adconion, for example, gives Amobee access to the advertising channels of social platforms, email and video. Its reach will also span different devices, from tablets to digital televisions.
