Ascendas Funds Management appoints Lim Hock San as independent director

ASCENDAS Funds Management on Friday announced the appointment of an independent director.

The manager of Ascendas real estate investment trust (Reit) said in a filing to the Singapore Exchange (SGX) that the president and chief executive of United Industrial Corporation as well as Singapore Land Limited, Lim Hock San, has been appointed independent director with effect from Friday.

Mr Lim, 70, is also appointed member of the investment committee, operational risk management committee, as well as the nominating, human resource and remuneration committee.
