Ascendas Reit posts higher DPU in Q1
ASCENDAS Reit on Thursday posted a distribution per unit (DPU) of 3.996 Singapore cents for its first quarter ended June 30, 2016. This was 4 per cent higher than the 3.841 cents it paid out in the corresponding quarter a year ago.
Gross revenue rose 15 per cent to S$207.6 million due to the acquisition of the Australian portfolio and One@Changi City, while net property income rose 20.3 per cent to S$149.5 million.
The Reit finished unchanged at S$2.49 on Thursday's stock market.
